SELLING TASMANIA WITHOUT THE CLICHÉS

Marbella Developments had land to sell in Tasmania's north—wine country, gold rush history, and an actual alternative to city sprawl. What they didn't have was a way to talk about it that didn't sound like every other "escape the city" pitch.

I wrote all copy to feel less like a property brochure and more like an invitation. No "nestled" or "boutique lifestyle." Just honest, evocative language about what the place actually offers: space, quiet, a region with stories to tell.

Working with brand designer Chris Davies and photographer Adam Gibson, we built collateral that let the land speak for itself—and gave buyers a reason to listen.
